Iwahara Koujin

Reaper Hold - A giant blade granted to Koujin by his Father Jashin. The Flame is and Advance seal the steals the opponets chakra. Koujin is able to use this chakra back against his opponet to increase the damage. Along with Nekomata the blade can seal an opponet's soul in a death match.
Ability one - Seals 10% Chakra Max
Ability Two - Seals Opponents Soul in Blade after Killing them. (Able to Gain 5% Of Opponet's Stats)
Damage - 100 Damage (When Adding Chakra. It's Chakra Drain/2)

I'm willing to work out the last part but I want to be able to work our ability two but I am Death's son basically. And I have giant Death Kitty. So me feeding on dead souls is only natural with the process.
